Connect your Instagram account
Give Yazzil access to the interactions you want to manage.
- Sign in or create your Yazzil account and complete onboarding.
- Open your Instagram account settings in the workspace and choose the connection option.
- Review the permissions on Meta’s connection screen, then return to Yazzil and check the connection status.
Build your first conversation flow
Begin with one clear question and a useful response.
- Open Automations and create a flow. Choose a trigger available on your plan, such as a new message.
- Add a reply, connect the steps and review the wording and any conditions.
- Save your flow and enable it when ready. Test with a separate Instagram account and review the result in your inbox.
Give your assistant a clear brief
Your information and instructions shape the conversation.
- Open the AI setup area and describe your business, audience and tone.
- Add the business information your assistant should use, including your products, services and common questions.
- Test several questions, review the answers and adjust the instructions. Avoid promising anything you have not checked.
Keep your team in the conversation
Use automation for routine questions and personal replies when they matter.
- Open the inbox to review conversations and their history.
- Reply personally when a request needs individual attention.
- If your plan includes human handoff, add that action to the relevant flow and test the transition before relying on it.
Connect the tools your business uses
Start with the integrations available inside your workspace.
- Open Integrations in your workspace and select the service you need.
- Follow its connection instructions and review the permissions. Availability depends on the service and your configuration.
- Verify the connection and test the specific action you want to use before adding it to a customer conversation.
